What is your refund and exchange policy?

At Snookie, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your product is faulty or there is any problem with it, please contact us within seven days of receiving it for a full refund or replacement. If the shoes are an incorrect size, we will gladly exchange these for you or offer you a store credit. To be eligible, your product must be in the same condition it was received it and unworn.

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility, and it is strongly suggested that tracked postage is used. If Snookie has not physically received your return, we cannot process the refund, store credit or exchange.
